Rwanda   is one of smallest country in Africa  specifically in centre of  Africa(named  as country of  thousand hills and  also the heart of Africa ) near  Uganda in north , burundi in  south  Tanzania  in  east and DRC in  west . it has been listed that Rwanda  is one  of the  best countries in the world to have heigh rank of the development with in few years After genocide of1994. and  in these days it has  attained the millenium development goals for both improved techinology  and also the increased  number of women in  government  which  is estimated to be  above 38%  of the  Rwandan cabinet   whic is one of promising  factor to our  development
